How secure is my data?
We take data security seriously and implement multiple layers of protection to safeguard user information. All user data is stored in a secure MongoDB database with encryption at rest, meaning that data is automatically encrypted when stored on disk using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. This ensures that even if physical storage were compromised, the data would remain unreadable without the proper decryption keys.
Access to the database is tightly controlled and restricted only to authorized services and personnel via secure authentication mechanisms such as role-based access control (RBAC), API keys, and environment-isolated credentials. No direct public access to the database is allowed.
To maintain data integrity, we implement write validation, input sanitization, and audit logging, which allow us to detect and prevent unauthorized or accidental data changes. Additionally, we use hashing techniques where applicable (e.g., for sensitive identifiers) to ensure consistency and traceability.
For confidentiality, all data transmitted between clients and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, protecting it from interception or tampering during transit. We regularly audit and update our security policies and infrastructure to align with industry best practices, including the OWASP Top 10, the Principle of Least Privilege, and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) standards.
Regular security reviews, automated vulnerability scans, and penetration testing are also part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our platform's defense against emerging threats.
What is the science behind AI Coaching?
One of our co-founder is an AI Coaching PhD and an AI Coaching pioneer since 2015. He has built and commercialized the first AI Coaches before and while during his PhD, in which, he tested various AI coaching assistants with about 200 managers and leaders in small to large organization between USA and European countries. Today more and more studies demonstrate that AI Coaching assistants can help people regulate cognitive and affective activity in real-world situations, attain their goals and develop competencies in the flow of real-world situations.
